These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you ("you" and "your") and Harvest Remedy (ABN 37 693 286 951) ("we", "us" and "our") and apply to your utilisation of the Harvest Remedy website ("Website"), harvestremedy.com.au and the Blog/Newsletter subscription which is accessed through our Website.

Whilst utilising the Products and Services on this Website, you agree that you are over the age of 18 and are willing and bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please cease immediately all access to our Website and/or Products and Services, and request removal from our Blog and/or Newsletter subscription via email at enquiry@harvestremedy.com.au.

Harvest Remedy endeavour to provide accurate and reliable information on our Website and in our Blog and/or Newsletter. We give no warranty that the information contained within the Website, inclusive of Third Party sources or otherwise, is free from error or will deliver any particular result including, but not limited to, improved health expectations that you may have. The information and experiences that we share with you is intended as inspirational, not instructional.

Harvest Remedy does not take any responsibility for content, opinion nor the goods or services provided by the third party. The user accepts sole liability when accessing third party information and/or goods and services from our Website. Any transaction the user enters into with a third party is between the user and the third party, Harvest Remedy is in no way party to this transaction.

 

Third party content provided by influencers invited to share on our Website is not produced by Harvest Remedy and solely reflects the opinions of the author and not necessarily the beliefs or opinions of Harvest Remedy.

 

Terms of Payment

In order to access our online Products and Services, you must be registered as a user on the Website. This registration requires you to provide personal information such as; an email, username, mailing address, contact number and a password.

All prices for Products and Services offered by Harvest Remedy on our Website are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and include GST (where applicable).

Upfront payment for Products and Services on our Website is required. We use PayPal and Square as our third party financial providers. All payments made using our third party providers are an agreement between you and the third party financial provider to comply with their respective Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies.

 

Shipping

Please note that as our kitchen is TEMPORARILY CLOSED we are not currently offering shipping. The sub-section below only applies when our kitchen is operational

WE DO NOT CURRENTLY OFFER SHIPPING FOR OUR FROZEN PARTY PASTRIES OR SAVOURY TARTS, THIS INCLUDES OUR 'PARTY PASTRY FAVOURITES' AND 'CATERING FOR A CROWD' BUNDLES. ONLY AVAILABLE FOR LOCAL DELIVERY.

Harvest Remedy currently ships our products throughout Victoria, South Australia, Queensland, Australian Capital Territory and New South Wales using Australia Post as our network carrier. We utilise Australia Posts' Express Post Parcel service. Shipping times will vary and are dependent on your postcode. Delivery times can be estimated by accessing the Domestic Delivery Times Page on the Australia Post website, https://auspost.com.au/service-updates/domestic-delivery-times.

It is your sole responsibility to provide accurate shipping details when placing your order. We cannot ship to a PO Box.

 

Once your online order is received, please allow 3-5 business days for your product to be manufactured, packaged and commence shipping with our network carrier. It is important that you are available to take receipt of your delivery on the designated delivery day, as product quality may deteriorate over prolonged periods exposed to a warm outdoor environment. All Harvest Remedy products are made to order, using 100% natural ingredients, containing no preservatives. To ensure product integrity and freshness, your product may be shipped frozen and our packaging may include ice packs. Freezing product in no way impairs integrity or quality of that product, it allows the product to arrive to you in the freshest and best possible condition. Harvest Remedy is not responsible for any product damage to your order once the product passes to our network carrier, Australia Post.

 

Shipping costs are variable and are based on the size and weight of your order and the postcode you are shipping to via Australia Post. Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout when you enter your shipping information, you can view this information at anytime by selecting your shopping “cart”.

We do not currently ship to Tasmania, Western Australia, Northern Territory, Queensland or internationally.

Delivery

Please note that as our kitchen is TEMPORARILY CLOSED we are not currently offering delivery. The sub-section below only applies when our kitchen is operational

Harvest Remedy currently offers a contactless delivery service, to specified postcodes within the Greater Geelong, Bellarine, Surfcoast and Golden Plains regions. All orders submitted by 9:00pm Friday via our website will be delivered the following Wednesday or Thursday, depending on your location.

If you are not going to be at home to take receipt of your order, please leave an insulated container with adequate ice packs at your front door for your order to be placed in. This is to ensure your product integrity and freshness remains intact, as all products at Harvest Remedy are freshly made, using whole foods without preservatives. Some products are also sold frozen and will need to remain chilled. If an insulated container with adequate ice packs is not provided, a re-delivery fee and time will need to be arranged via email at support@harvestremedy.com.au.

 

Harvest Remedy is not responsible for any product damage to your order once the product has been delivered.

All Grand Final Day Savoury Hamper orders to be submitted by Thursday, 23rd September 10:00pm via our online store for FREE Local Delivery on Saturday, 25th September.

If you are not going to be at home to take receipt of your order for Local Delivery, you MUST leave an insulated container with adequate ice packs at your front door to avoid re-delivery fees.

 

Replacements, Refunds and Returns

All products at Harvest Remedy are freshly made to order and we cannot guarantee your selected product will look exactly the same as the respective image displayed on our Website. We do however endeavour to make our Website product images as accurately representative as possible.

 

At Harvest Remedy we strive to provide Product and Services of an acceptable quality. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL), if you have received damaged or defective Product or Services, which has not occurred during or after shipping & delivery, a replacement may be considered. Please email us at support@harvestremedy.com.au to discuss an acceptable resolution.

 

We do not offer change of mind returns or refunds. Please select your Products and Services carefully.

 

If you take receipt of an order with a missing or incorrect product item, please contact us within 24 hours via our email at support@harvestremedy.com.au so that we can expedite and resolve the order discrepancy. Please include in your email:

 

  • your invoice number;

  • details of the missing/incorrect product; and

  • the quantity missing.

 

Cancellations and Change of Order Requests

Harvest Remedy will consider offering a refund on any Product or Service order, where fulfillment is not possible. Circumstances where fulfillment may be impacted include, out of stock or discontinued items, where we are unable to fulfill your order within a reasonable time period, as deemed by us. In this circumstance, Harvest Remedy will contact you to discuss your options. These options may include:

 

  • A product substitution can be requested of equal or lesser value to the unfulfilled product, as agreed upon by both parties.

 

  • Holding the entire order over until all items are back in stock, at which time we will contact you to advise estimated delivery.

 

  • Sending a partially fulfilled order, excluding the unfulfilled product and you receiving a refund to the value of the product no longer being included in your order.

 

All change of order requests will be considered on an individual basis. As all Harvest Remedy products are made fresh to order, any request to add or delete product from your order will depend on whether or not your original order has already been manufactured. If you wish to make a change of order request, please submit an email at support@harvestremedy.com.au and please include the following:

 

  • “URGENT – Change of Order Request” text in the Subject Line;

  • your email;

  • your invoice number; and

  • details of the change of order request.
