about
There is something that is so nourishing to the soul when preparing, cooking and sharing food that you have laboured for and grown yourself. It's so much more than just growing some fruits and vegetables. It's about creating an intentional, slower and richer lifestyle, that when shared with others, creates connection and community.
Growing, preparing and sharing food in this way, for family and friends, forms the foundation for beautiful rituals and traditions, that enrich our lives and fill our hearts, both now and across generations.
a blog that's
quality over quantity.
I've been on this journey for a while now and have experienced the interchangeable moments of wax and wane throughout many different seasons of my life.
An important realisation for me, was comprehending the value of being present in each moment, of self-growth and of lifelong learning.
Purposeful action and applying the knowledge and experience that I have learned from others, along with my own lived experiences, have led me to regain my autonomy and have enabled me to make improvements in several areas of my and my families life.
